my guinea pig had newspaper under its fleece and somehow all 5 guinea pigs got under there and ATE IT! i need to know what to do about it and how it affects them. they had food in the cages and everything. any help? please please please!

Most news papers now are printed with soy ink for they are not dangerous.The only parts that are bad for your guinea pigs are the colored pages but i highly doubt you were using them as they are not absorbent.Of course you do not want them to make a habit of this but they should be just fine,

mine eats newspaper and she's fine....do NOT let them eat magazine paper though

its fine mine eat news paper all the time (but i do not let them)
