so what typ of food can i feed them from the pet store
Hi, depending from where your from determines the foods for them ...
I'm from UK, which makes my pet store "pets at home". In this shop they offer a wide range of foods.
i.e nuggets andmueslii, treats ect.
If you choose the pet shop "rat nuggets" they will eat it, and it is healthy and provides all the nutrients for ur rats.
If you choose "ratmueslii" they will be picky and only choose the foods they like, which will lead to an unhealthy diet and they will not be getting the nutrients that they need.
I feed all my pets nuggets. I.e
"Rat nuggets" for the rats
"Guinea pig nuggets" for the guineas
"Rabbit nuggets" for the rabbits, ect .. and they are all very healthy.
Also: Make sure you provide treats (pet shops offer special "rat" treats) otherwise they may get sick off eating the same foods all the time.

rats food from pet stores are often bad for rats then are fatting and have corn which can contail fungus that can hamr rats liver i would suggest u make your own home made rat food from this website
