Or if not, is there another way to detoxify it? What is the best way to get rid of rat poison that has been sprinkled on the ground?
I wouldn't guarantee that hydrogen peroxide would deactivate rat poison. If it's already on the ground, best bet is just to clean it up and scrub really hard to get rid of all traces.
