About the mom movies the baby the mom is just showing favoritism to the other ones. In the wild animals do that and usually the left out baby will die. so try to put it back with the other ones.
I wouldnt touch them to much. I wouldnt even touch the mom she will most likly be aggressive.

No. Dont touch the babies, u will get human scent on them, and then the mother will not accept them, and wont feed them.

congrats! but no it isnt safe to touch them quite yet ... wait for a few weeks and be careful around the mom. the mom is going to be really stressed out and now is the time to let nature take its course. i know it is REALLY hard not to touch. but it all pays off ... just wait a few weeks so they will be stronger and when they are, make sure you handle them regularly so they will enjoy being held and cuddled and such ... they arent domesticated as pets yet, so thats your job : D
Dont touch the babies. you can touch the mom, but she might be aggressive, so i wouldnt. Dont try to change the bedding or anything.
