25 days ago i bought a boy and girl dwarf hamsters.and the boy is housed with the girl so im guessing they already mated and shes pregnant but its been 27 days and i think they would of mated the first day.because in the pet store he tryed to mate with her.and i read winter whites are only pregnant 21 days hats going on.she must be pregnant because shes looking fatter i also read that before she gives birth you can see her nipples, i cant she them at all and i felt her stomach and i cant feel babies or anything can you please help me
PS ive never saw them mate and my Friend told me theres no such thing as putting a boy and girl in the same cage with out her geting pregnant

They can be pregnant for a few more or a few less days, and also, just because they mated the first day, that doesn't mean she got pregnant that day, she has to be in season.
Oh and some hamsters wont get pregnant if they're in a mixed sex group, some wont mate if they don't get special lighting and stuff and also, if shes rounded at the abdomen and her stomach looks "swollen" remove the male within the next 3 days otherwise if she gives birth she can be pregnant withing the next 24 hours of her giving birth because she'll be in season. Don't see this as a good thing because the babies wont survive and if they do they 'll be unhealthy, and when this litter are born the male might scare the mum and she'll eat the babies or he will do that himself.
