HELP NEW PET MOUSE NOT DRINKING?

Hi this is my second question so i'm a little rusty but my new pet mouse isn't drinking they are newly weaned from the petshop in a hurry so any help ????
Mice drink very little. It is when they drink too much that you have to be concerned. As long as he is eating and is active, he is drinking when you do not see and staying hydrated. If you are still worried, signs of dehydration are lethargy and the skin loses its elasticity . Put a fold of skin between your fingers and release. It should snap back quickly. Take a look at the last sentence under "Diet for Rats and Mice" of the following for information on how little the mice actually drink:

I really do not think you have to worry. You sound like you are going to be an excellent mouse parent, though, as it is better to be too cautious than not cautious enough.
I had a pet mouse ... started him off with a tiny plastic cup of water .... i think it was an empty jelly dish from dennys ha but he didnt like it too much. he didnt drink out of it very much so i went to the pet store and bought him a little cage with a waterbottle that hung from the ceiling and he seemed to love it
mice should be at least a month old or so before removed from their mother. they may just be a little scared and may not want to eat or drink anything right now, are they letting you hold them? how is your tank set up for them?
well it could be that your pet mouse could still be ajusting to his or her nwe house or enviorement. its ok eventually it will drink. or it has drunk but you just havent seen it. hope that could help!!
