Was it a little about how much you'd put on your lips, or what you'd put on about 10 peoples lips?
Or was it a clump?
If it was about 1-10 peoples lips amount, it should be ok, anywhere for 15 uses or more, keep an eye on her and if she had diarrhoea watch her carefully. I've ate lip balm a few times when i was younger and i was fine but we have a better immune system.
Make sure shes acting her normal self but deffinately consider ringing a vet for advice if she ate more than a small amount of it.
I have bad taste in humor i found this funny ..... Call the company on the back of the lip balm and ask if it's toxic to petts and make sure to say your rat got into it.

It would kill the little guy! It would even hurt us humans if we actually eat it ..
U need to get him to the vet asap
