Why is my rat nibbling me?

My rat has a habit of sniffing my ear and hair then nibbling at them. What's she doing?
Nibbling is a good sign of trust because it usually means they want to groom you. Grooming among rats is extremely common and they will do the same for their owners so long as their owners are caring and show love/affection. Embrace the nibbles. If it is uncomfortable or they nibble a little too hard just remove them from that area of your body.
She's grooming you: )

Let her do it, if it doesn't hurt, it's a nice bonding experience=)

Mine do it all the time, except, they like to clean my eybrows and try to clean my nostrils=/

(I discourage them from that one xD lol)
She's probably grooming you, or making sure your not food. My rats do that with my fingers very lightly and one of them will start licking my fingers.
Sounds like she is grooming you. or she could be tasting you. my new baby rats do it to me
