I personally Love my Martin's cages R-695, as someone else said the Critter Nation is also fantastic I just don't like that it does not come with deep pans for bedding as a couple of my rats are not litter box trained.
I also have a Prevue Hendryx 418 ferret cage which I LOVE but it is only suitable for larger rats as it has 3/4 inch bar spacing.
My least favorite of my cages is a Super Pet My First Home for Exotics, it is decently sized but difficult to clean and cheaply made compaired to my other cages. The doors are very small compaired to my other cages as well.
A two floor wire cage so they can chew and rats LOVE to climb! keep in mind you will need to get wooden toys for it to chew with and to keep it stimulated (rats are extremely intelligent!)

just please keep in mind you can house two females no problem but 2 males will fight! and a male and female will mate and continue mating all year round!

Go to cageworld.com. That's where I buy my cages. They are cheap and they are great cages.
From what I found it shopping irl its the 'Rat Manor' from PetCo for 99 dollars. Though you could find nicer ones if you search hard enough online or look for a custom built.
