Im looking for some good rat breeders in Missouri. Has to be close to the St.Louis area. Im looking for 2 young fancy or dumbo rats. I want them young so they will grow up knowing me.

There's so many rats that need loving homes ... why would you go to a breeder ..? Check animal shelters ...
