I live in the UK myself and I know for a fact that my local Pets at Home store actually sells dumbo rats. I know from experience that rats from PetsAtHome are very well cared for and they handle the animals well before they are sold. If there are any problems with their animals they are taken straight to the vet, and they come with a 1 month guarantee.

Im not familiar with the UK but I saw these and they appear to be the most legit. Out of the 3 I recomend RCT the most. Hope this helps!
