She was running on her wheel and I turned it from the back making a loud noise. She was running on it the whole time until i did that and now she wont move.i took her out and shes not moving. Her heart is beating, her nose is moving, its just that she wont move. How can i help her become calm again?
you should take her to a veterinarian or a pet store with medical service URGENT ... because even when the heart is beating doesn 't mean that she isn't dead

She probably was shocked. That's what my hamster does. If it happens again, trying bringing your hamster into a dark quiet room to let her calm down. She'll soon forget about it!
You probably freaked her out by moving her wheel. Does she have a treat she absolutely loves? Try giving her that along with fresh water and leaving her be-after a while she'll be okay.
