I just noticed it yesterday and today its worse it swollen in his food pouches and his eye is shut and crusty and I dont know what to do and I dont think theres any vets in my town that treat hamsters. Please help I love him alot! his name is vinchenzo hmasteroni and he has a wife so please hep <3

He has a cold
Feed it lukewarm milk with some water and honey with an eye dropper
Move the cage to a warm spot
If condition doesn't get better after 2 days, get a vet

Upper respiratory infections are the leading cause of death in hamsters. They almost always present themselves with crusty eyes and labored breathing. The swollen cheek could be unrelated. The other possibility could be that he was bit by your other hamster. Check his skin thoroughly. Either way, it sounds like your little guy has an infection of some sort. I would call a vet and at least ask them what to do. Hes gonna need antibiotics. Most dog and cat vets will treat hamsters or at least be able to point you in the right direction of one that does. Just ask.
