Can I cure it without sugery? A mammary tumor in the middle of my back.

seriously i advise you to see Your vet.
Well my own experience i had a guinea pig called victor and i got told he had tumours in his stomach, He died just this morning, He Lived for 2 days .... We left it hoping it would cure, It doesnt look good, Just prepare yourself.
