Sorry, but i'm freaking out.
I was playing with him and I noticed he was pooping so I went to get it off and there was this weird hole on the side of his testicle near his butt. It was not his anus though because I looked and there was another hole where his anus is that had a bit of poop in it. In the weird hole though, many poops were coming out and I do not know what to do.

Please tell me what's wrong with him.
Dont do anything. It cant be to late to go to a vet. This can be very serious
Then take him to the vet first thing in the morning if he is still alive . We cant tell you whats wrong wiith him without seeing him.
