Serious life or death question !!!!!!!!!!?

So we are in the farthest south of Florida you can go and we live right close to Georgia and I was supposed to get a guinea pig on my B-day. Would it be okay if we got one 1 hour from our house? Would the long drive kill it? We can't get it at home becasue by the time we get back it will be closed because it will be Sunday.
I honestly think you should wait until you are home for a day to go get it rather than make a brand new one who s already a bit nervous go for a long car ride.
of course not. the only way it would die is if the car was super hot and humid like the first person said. also when your in the car with it, put the guinea pig in a nice box with enough room for it to move around in, put some nice comfy bedding in it, have a few treats for it in the box, and make sure the box is someware were it wont get bumped around alot. also make sure not to hold or touch it beacuse it could stress the guinea pig out and possibly kill her, just let it calm down and get used to its new enviroment for a few days. well hope this helped and good luck! XD
the car ride will not harm it, unless it gets a little car sick from the motion. But It would be better if you went ahead and got the cage that you will be putting it in, and took it with you. That way they could get accustomed to the environment that they will be living in. just dont feed it before or while you have it in the car, that will not help the motion sickness. but be sure that you do have a water bottle already mounted in the cage, because it will definately be thirsty before you go home.
No an hour in the car won't kill unless it is very hot and humid out and you don't have air conditioning. make sure u research guinea pigs, tho, because they have special needs - like vitamin c and certain temperature restrictions ...
I'm sure that it will survive. Just put in into a box with plenty of bedding so he ' ll be comfortable and won't be freaked out by the car. An hour isn't that long!
