ok so i have three rats, i just bought 2 not to long ago, and i noticed on one the red snot (looked it up online and found out its called Porphyrin iv seen it on her 3 times now and on the other baby there is non, (i bought them about 2 weeks ago) is she sick or is it normal? (and if she is stressed how to i Stop the stress? even tho shes been happy and bouncing around ETC,)

and now my older rat! (her sister passed away about 4 weeks ago, and today i noticed the red snot on her well about 10 minutes ago and iv NEVER seen it on her be for, so is she sick or stressed to to the loss of her sister? or what? (iv been giving her ton of attention shes barley ever in a cage anymore she roams free ALOT)

so what do i do? what is wrong with my baby's?.. (i contacted the rad breeder i got the new baby's off of and all she could say was its normal)

how much of this red snot it to much? how many times must i see it be for i take them to the vet? because i hear seeing it is normal sometimes please help me:(

It can be one of two things. If the rat is sneezing or wheezing there's a possibility it's an upper respiratory infection. If they are seemingly healthy then it's more stress related. It's very normal.
If this is the case then the new rat just needs time to adjust to it's new home. Since your other rat has been alone for a while and it suddenly has 2 new roommates it might be having a difficult time adjusting to the new changes.
As long as there are no breathing problems there's nothing to worry about. Give them time to settle in :)
