i dont know why.... but ust now when i wenjt to the tanjk... i saw over 20! ants in the food bowl... then i saw some near the water bottle... and some evenj on the bedding! i think my hamster is irritated... and i dont know if there is anjts inside its house... what can i do? is there a very simple way? i threw away all the food in the bowl... and changed the water... then i refilled everything... now i canj see some anjts crawlinjg onj the surface of the beddinjg! help! what can ji do? which is easy? i dont want anjy comjplicated stuff to hurt my hamster! help! anjd is it going to bite my hamster?

oh my lord, its no big deal just change the bedding in the cage.

If they are red ants it could eat your hamster alive. If not the hamster can eat them,, but other wise you should get the hamster an alternative cage and sanitize the other by hosing it down. This should remove the ants

Throw out the bedding. Wash any blankets with bleach or vinegar and wash out the cage with vinegar and rinse down with water. Vinegar cleans but is not harmful.

it can harm your hamster if it goes to sleep because the ants can eat it alive like how an animal dies and they eat any thing still
