she had a litter of 2 and on the 19th day of pregnancy is this normal i thought they had more in a litter help please oh and she is a syrian hamster

no, that is normal. Hamster can have on average 2-10 in a litter, yours just had less.
Their gestation period is from 15-21 days, so that is normal too.
