The cage for my hammie is really small and most of the cages in the store are small-ish too. I have a big storage bin and i wanted to make a cage out of it because i heard that some people have that. But i don't know how to make one.
Does anyone have step by step instructions or a site with step-by-step and maybe pictures?

cp's idea was good but cardboard toliet rolls-the hamster will bite thru dem and escape so i suggest buying like some tubing or maybe a rotastak tube to connect anything. also u could put the bin on its side cut out a top piece and put it on a hinge or get some wire or somit and put it on a hinge where the hole is. but yeah use anything that wont get bitten through, eaten (could cause death espeacily sticking out plastics) wriggled through or like scratched through. good luck with building ur new cage for ur hammie!!! hope it helps

hey, i suggest u go and watch videos on youtube, u should check out thehamsterhelpers channel, they really helped me:) and u could just put a lot of toys in the box and connect another box with a toilet paper roll ... just be creative=)

Stop being stingy with your money. Go to a shop and buy a big cage!
You hamster will appreciate a cage that doesn ' t smell of bin!
