my rats have been itching so i want to bath them or take them to the vet but one rat is hyper and if we let him out he might run away and make mischief so how can i bath him with out taking him out ?
the other one will never come out of his cage and he hates to be touched at alll!!!! how can i bath him

You really need to give your ratties at least half hour outside the cage time. You also need to handel them more. Prehaps you can build a make shift playpen with cardboard ( propped up to corner off the areas that you dont want them to go).

In regards to bathing them Prehaps put the cage on a high table ( or on the side of the sink), remove the top of the cage and when they have ventured off the bottoom section of the cage remove that too.
