A month ago my hamster started eating, drinking and exercising more. Then his 'male parts' got very big, and i know thats normal, but just last week i noticed a thing sticking out of it! Is that another 'male part'? Because I'm not sure if hamsters even get those! It kind of looks like a tail, its not moving so i dont think its a worm, its not red and its got hair on it. Also my hamster has gotten very skinny, he is loosing A LOT of hair, so much that you can see his skin, he also has scabs and is itching a lot! 2 weeks ago his water bottle leaked into his cage and his bedding got wet. i didn't know until the next day! Today i got him some vitamins and cleaned his cage, and I'm taking him to the vet soon but i just need to know what that 'thing' is. Is it a tumor?
he also has been acting differently, he doesn't bite his cage anymore, he doesn't exercise anymore, but he seems to have a normal amount of energy. He is a Russian dwarf hamster, and he's only two

i would definitely take your hamster to the vet to get it checked up, and possibly treated if it os one.
