I live in Ventura County and I want a pair of rats from a rattery or a breeder. I don't want to get them from petco or pet-smart. I need one that is san fernando to camario or similar distance. I don't want a website for finding them. I want the actual information of the rattery/breeder. A phone number or email i can contact them with.
