they have been with me for about 3 weeks.
but when i try to touch them, they run away.

anyone can tell me how to tame them or they are just can't be tame (like miley cyrus)

roborovski hamsters can not be tamed due to there small size and they're incredibly fast if I were you I would separate the females and males (if you haven't already done so) because you could end up with alot more and when you do the females get vicious and bite and the male also does.
So roborovskis are not the best choice.
In future go for a syrian or a russian dwarf hamster although i would recommend syrians due to there larger size.

i would say to start by feeding them by hand
don't flinch if they bite you they don't hurt that much
if you can get down to level with them so they can see you,
when you think about a big hand coming to stroke is a bit scary,
so just try this so they slowly get used to you
