okk so i have the perfect habitat, the perfect eating habits, and im treating it perfectly .. oh b4 i forget, can i feed my baby beardie mealworms everyday, i heard they have lots of exoskeletion and it can cause serious problems but the manager of petsmart feeds them 3 times everyday .. anyways i treat and care for her perfectly but wheni hold her she lets me pet her, excpet after a while she runs away. my ffamily and i noticed she is getting a little more skittish and scared of us and when we approach her cage, she gets nervous and tries to run .. i just want her to crawl on me by herself but idk why shes so scared. shes a perfectly healthy 1month old. any ideas? thanks for everything:)) )
just be really nice and caring. the best way is to get the bearded dragon to trust you. The way you should do this is by holding him like you do but when he tries to run away let him. he will see that you love him and care about him and eventually he will love you more
A card and a box of chocolate should do the trick
