I watched videos on youtube where a snake twirls around a rat and chokes them to death. If it were doing that to an average human adult, would we have the power to pull it off or is the snake very strong?
It's hard but yes. Unwinding them starting at the tail is the easiest way to remove a constrictor. If you try to unwind them starting at the head, not only will you get bitten but they also tighten their grip.
yes it is possible hard but possible that's the reason for those who keep the large constrictors advise a multiple person handle rule meaning if the snake has to be handled have at least one more person there for back up strength wise yes a constrictor is strong its how they subdue their prey items that; s also why its hard for us to physically escape their coils an easy way would be to have either hot water or alcohol near by to pour over the snakes head that being said if it's a pet snake proper handling and husbandry you shouldn't have to deal with that issue
