use bottled water, by the gallon it should not be more than $ 1.50
any pet store will have medicines for your turtles. take the photos with you
I see no signs of shell problems from those pictures. If your habitat and setup are correct, you shouldn't have to worry about this. RES need very large tanks, powerful water filters (cannisters are best), frequent water changes (filters don't remove ammonia), water heaters, a heat basking bulb that keeps the basking platform at 95F, and a UVB light. Both lights need to be on for 10-12 hours a day. Feed a variety of pellets and live feeder minnows/guppies.
