What reprile is the easiest to look after?
Is there any reprtiles like Geckos?, that can live in small vivs/tanks similar to a leopard gecko?
and do any lizards not require heat and can survive on normal room temps?
most need heat. but its not too bad. all you need is a tank and a light bulb. :)
The only reptile that doesn't need heat is the crested gecko but they need 75-80F so you may need a heat source. They need a 20 gallon tank.

Undoubtedly the lizard, you only need a bit of heat in winter.
