Is it ok to bump my ball pythons humidity up to 70% during his shed period? ?
Also should i leave my ball python alone during his shed, or can i still hold him or will that just stress him out? thanks
Just leave the humidity alone. If it's kept at the right percentage and he's provided with a water dish he can go in he should be fine. Also shedding can be painful and irritating to snakes and many times they can get aggressive during this period. It would be best just to leave him alone.
