please help me with this. I really want a bearded dragon!! Will he/she be ok with no friends in the cage???
I want to put him in a brand new rabbit cage with a solid floor (not wire) after all, my tortoise is housed in a rabbit cage very similar. Thanks everyone for the help

I am no expert, but I think you may have a heat retention issues with the that set up, I may be wrong, if you are able to do a test run to see if you can maintain the appropriate temps. if it is wire around the side (s), you might have a food running away problem too.
To the friends question, most will say that it is best to keep them alone as that is there normal dispostion, but a lot of folks keep 2 together, if you do, make sure they are not two males, or your likehood of fighting is a lot higher but also make sure you are allowing for adequate space for movement, and climbing and such.
