Twice a day is fine. First thing in the morning and early afternoon. You don't want to feed to late in the day because he should have a few hours after eating in which to bask and warm up so he can digest properly.
Feed him as many appropriately sized crickets (no bigger than the space between his eyes) that have been gutloaded at each meal. A baby beardie will typically eat more than 50 crickets per DAY.
Ordering crickets on-line can save you a lot of money while your baby is growing!

About three times a day is a good amount. Make sure that you dont feed it right before you turn off the heat lamp. That lamp is essential for helping the digestion process. Make sure these crickets are smaller than or at biggest the same size as the width between their eyes. Have fun with your beardie !
