its a he about 7 yrs old and she has been ok until the past month she only eats lik 8 crickets a month and i dust the crickets do u no wat is wrong?
7 is not old. 7 is still considered " prime ". Is it colder where you are? Like colder then normal? Chances are she's going into burmation (reptile hibernation) if you wanna bring her out of it just heat the air up some and make sure her temps are right.
Sounds like your temperatures arn't right or your leopard gecko could be suffering from an internal parasite. More likely to be a change in temperatures but 8 crickets a month is very low intake of food.
Without knowing more about your gecko its hard to diagnose why its not eating.
Has she been checked for parasites? These can catch up with older guys and may be causing poor appetite. Have you tried other insects for varitey?? Superworms and phoenix worms are excellent. Make sure you are gutloading your crickets!
Probably old age. Older leopard geckos tend to eat less due to slowed metabolism. its normal.
