i have a 40 gallon breeder tank that my 1yr old corn is in and i just recently bought a baby corn that is in a 10 gallon long. is it ok for them to be in the same tank now or should i wait until my baby gets a little older and bigger.
No, do not put them together.
There is a pretty high chance that the larger snake would eat the baby.
If it didnt get eaten however, the baby would be seriously stressed out by the mere presence of the larger snake and probably stop eating, deteriorating quickly.
While not the best idea even for adults, corns living together should be about the same size, and the tank should be plenty big enough for the snakes to each have their own hides and get away from each other.
I'd recommend not keeping them together at all, ESPECIALLY NOT a baby with a larger snake.
