What should I feed it and how many times a day, a week, how many mealworms and crikets.

Some of the previous are wrong. You want to feed a baby 2-4 small crickets and keep his meal worm bowl full. Also, hand feed it some meal worms and have he/she earn your trust. It is the first step to success.
as an adult, he does not need a meal worm dish but meal worms can be given as a treat or if you want to hand feed him/her. But as far as crickets go, 2-4 crickets every other day

these animals are smarter than you may think, my anole let me know when he was hungry and thirsty, if your gecko lets you know, you should feed it, otherwise, probably a few mealworms/crickets every day or every couple days depending on how hungry it gets or how active it is
my anole also lived for 6 years (usually they live for 4-5 years)
offer it live food if it is hungry then it will come get it if. not it wont bother. dont feed it something it cant swallow maybe to big. my geckos twice a week,
2 crickets every other day. Ever 4 days a meal worm. Not to many meal worms or they can get addicted easily.
