Undecided Question
Ok i hav a large water bowl in my king snake never like drinks from it of lays in it?
Cornsnakes after i hold them they get our oils of just seems my kingsnake doesnt care and i feed him last thursday an he doesnt hasnt drink anything so whats wrong
put him down!
Maybe he just does it when you’re not around. I barely ever see my Snake drink or swim, but I know she does else she wouldn’t be alive. Does it seem dehydrated?
If he's thirsty, he will drink. Just make sure he knows that it is there by putting him in or by the water. Also, make sure the side of the water bowl is not too steep and he has access to it.
But if he is laying in it, he knows it's there and probably drinks, you just don't notice.

Be sure that you are giving him pure water. NEVER give him tap water or you can almost be guaranteed a dead snake. I suggest bottled water. It's been great for my snake.
But, in short, a snake cannot survive without water. If he is alive, that means he has been drinking and you just haven't noticed.

Fellow snake owner right here! :)
Sometimes you won't notice the snake drinking from the water bowl. As long as the snake looks properly hydrated (no large amounts of loose skin), then I wouldn't worry.
