How do you feed map turtles live crickets,meal-worms,waxworms,b…
I am treating my 2 maps with antibiotics(injections) due to swollen eyes. They are responding but I need to know how do you keep crickets,mealworms,wax worms an bloodworms alive when feeding the maps in water? I am working with vet but it costs $85.00 for her to talk to me. Help is appreciated.
the turtles have to out of water cuz all of those insects will drown and the turtle will most likey not eat it
The turtles need water to swallow their food. You could put the insects on the basking platform or let them swim.
