Baby leopard might be sick?

Undecided Question

Baby leopard might be sick?
I just got a baby leopard gecko yesterday. He/she is about a few months old. Anyways, the two pet stores that I know of were out of small crickets so I'm feeding him meal worms. He's eaten about 20! So he's eating fine. He is very scared (and the gecko that he shared a tank with in the pet store somehow chewed his tail off so that doesn't help). Well, after changing his moist area, I noticed two discolored, almost bruised looking spots on his/her back? And his/her skin looks ashy! I don't know if this is normal for a baby (my boyfriend and I own an adult leopard gecko) or what? Please, please respond! I'm already attached and would hate for it to be sick!!! Thank you.
not really sure what it could be, maybe iot was caused during transportation or from the shop? your best bet would be to take it to the vets as then it can put your mind at ease otherwise it may be internal bleeding.
