HOW CAN I GET MY BEARDED DRAGON TO EAT PINKIES?

MY BEARDED DRAGON WONT EAT PINKIES ANY IDEAS HOW I CAN TEMPT HER?
I fed mine a pinkie once. He's a year and a half old male. I wouldn't feed any beardie a pinkie. I thought it would be something to help fatten him up a bit but it just gave him the runs ... Pinkies have a ton of water content in them. I would try pheonix worms or silk worms.

To get mine interested in the pinkie I had to defrost it, warm it up, then wiggle it around in a dish. Beardies like movement.

You can also try poking a hole in its head to get some of the juices out, I had to do that with my tegu's first pinkie. The smell, though foul, should also help create interest.
First of all, you don 't say how old or what size your beardie is. Beardies are omnivores and eat a variety of foods. Pinkies are considered to be more of a snack for beardies large enough to be able to eat them, not as a major dietary item. A beardie would have to be fairly good sized to eat pinkies.

Chopped Romaine lettuce with a few Flukers bearded dragon pellets mixed with the lettuce, and superworms are an example of a diet commonly fed to beardies.

Another important necessity for getting your beardie to eat well is to be sure your beardie's habitat

has adequate warmth to meet your beardie's needs. A beardie that is too cold won't eat well.

Forget about the pinkies ... animal proteins are not the best for these guys. Stick to gutloaded crickets and superworms, plus a balanced salad daily.
how old is your bearded dragon realy only mature adults have a taste for pinkies my guess would be to stop wasting your money on them and try giving her/him some in a few months time when he/she is a bigger bearded dragon
Bearded dragons shouldn't eat pinks anyway. Very large ones can, but it isn't usually good for them. Pinkys are very high in fat
pinkies are just snacks-if he doesnt want to eat them its not a big deal. just stick to crickets.

also, whats with the caps lock?
Hold the mouse by the tail and wiggle it around near your beardie. This trick works on my bearded dragon.
put peanut butter on it. everyone loves peanut butter ...
