You could keep a male and female together if they are old enough to breed...you don't want them to breed to young or too small in size. If you want to breed, then do some research on how to care for the female, setup a lay box, and have an incubator ready.

Feed them as much as they want. Feed at night which is their normal active time. Feed guloaded crickets and you can leave a small dish of mealworms in the tank. Babies eat every day and adults several times a week.

As many crickets or worms as he can eat in 6 minutes. For a baby this can be 6-12 small crickets for an adult 6-8 large crickets.

I would not keep a female with him. They may fight and will compete for food. He will also mate with her and she will be constantly laying eggs, this will take a toll on her body and there is always a risk of complications. Usually people who keep males and females together give him a harem of 3-4 so he's not just picking on one all the time. You would need a large tank though.
Most of my adults eat 6 to 8 large crickets at a time, 3 days a week. I also provide them with a small bowl of mealworms in case they want more, but those are rarely touched. Dust everything with calcium.
