superworm vs. mealworm or crickets for leopard gecko and bea

i have a 1 month old leopard gecko and a 5 month old bearded dragon and i hate crickets and tried do mealworms but they can eat through the stomach and hard to digest so i was wondering if i breed superworms if they both can eat them forever
Mealworms CANNOT eat through an animals stomach, it is impossible. They can't even bite you.

If you must use zoophobas, please mix the diet up, and make sure you use vitamin powders.
Mealworms will not eat through a animal's stomach, its impossible. They are completely harmless creatures.

And you really have to feed your gecko crickets. Crickets should be your gecko's primary meal. Crickets are the best for them because they have the right nutrients for a gecko to survive (you need to add the calcium supplement too, fyi). Mealworms fill them up, but dont have any nutritional value when it comes to the survival of your gecko.

Dont worry, you will get used to feeding them crickets, no big deal. Just be sure to do so or else you wont have healthy reptiles, unless you can find something to replace all the crickets have to offer.
There is no possible way for a mealworm or superworm to eat threw a stomach. There was a study done, in less then 30 seconds the mealworm died and in less then 45 seconds the super worm died. Yes a real study was done. There is NO possible way . 0. dadda. Its a myth noob keepers spread to one another. As for supers as a stable its better to offer variety and some wont take them. Of my 19 leos, only about 8 will take supers. Have you tried roachs? alot better for them and easier to breed. Vareity is key to keeping your reptile eating. If fed same old same old its more common for them to go off eating which leads to problems. But it is possible to feed supers as a the source. Do i recommened it? No there high in fat too and will cause your leo to become obese as for the beardie i dont know, i dont keep them.
You should also look into dubia roaches as feeders. They're superior to crickets and grubs in pretty much every way. No noise, no smell, no escapees, no suicides, no cannibalism, easier to breed, easier to house, easier to feed, more nutritious, much larger adult size.
