I give my Uros a good soaking once a week. Otherwise, when i feed them I will leave the water from rinsing the veggies on, so they get extra moisture. They are from an area where water is not abundant, so getting soaked once a week is good.
Always have water available even if they don't take advantage of it. Lightly misting them on occasion is also a good idea since many animals prefer to drink water droplets since they sometimes drink morning condensation in the wild
