Do any of your tortoises do that as well?
Tortoises have their own clocks. They are usually getting stimulated around sunrise as they are naturally able to detect it because the sun provides so much that they need./Also being cold blooded, they are ready for the heat.
all of ours are out running around by 6 am
My tortoises generally wake up when I turn their lights on. Always turn off your one's light in the evening. You might want to get a timer which goes between the plug and the socket . It will turn the light on and off for you.
