My adult beardie is very lazy. He sits around a lot. I do get him out often and let him walk around. But he doesnt move much. He doesnt eat much or drink much. I give him calcium with crickets but he doesnt really eat it. his heat and uvb is fine. is there anything i can do to liven him up.

Personally I would say there is nothing to worry about. Mine do this once a year. It's like a hibernation/brumation thing. Don't worry about it.
I would suggest putting him in a bath of tepid water the temp you would bath a baby in.
This will do a couple of things:
1 Give him some exercise
2 Make him Defecate
3 give him the chance to absorb fluid
Maybe it's the shorter days? I was going to say the cold snap but you said his heat is fine. Maybe he wants more company?
Spend some time with him
get him a girlfriend
that should do the trick
