Okay I got it not so long ago, and all the pet shops are closed. I have spinach, but I understand younger turtles are more carnivorous than adults. I put tiny pieces of spinach leaves in the water, but its not eating. The only meat i have is raw (or i can cook it) Chicken or Steak. I dont know what to do and I really dont want to leave him without eating untill tomorrow morning. Please help!
Don't worry, they can go a long time without eating. Just get some Reptomin pellets tomorrow. You can supplement his diet with feeder minnows and guppies.

We have had our turtle for about 3 years now and she likes the reptile pellets, minnows or feeder fish and worm. She doesn't like vegetables.
The chicken or steak will do, it the turtle feels like eating .
