just go get a cheap light fixture at wal mart (any flourescent light fixture will do) they are usually around 10-15 bucks. you can get double sided sticky tape as well and mount the fixture inside your tank so there is no filtration through a screen or anything.
thats what i did for all my lizards! much cheaper than pet store prices.
just remember to change out the uvb bulbs at least every 6 months. the light will look the same but the bulb stops putting out uvb rays after 6 months .
