Not much information ...

What kind of lizard?

How and when did he get bit?

I would keep him very clean. Keep all bedding out of the cage so it does not get into the wound. Paper towels on the bottom of the cage work great. Raise the temperature of the enclosure a few degrees, this stimulates the immune system. You can use betadine to disinfect the area, I put a little neosporin on the area. Watch the area closely when the lizard sheds. You may need to soak him in warm water every other day for about 10 min. If the scales dont shed off you could have a problem, bearded dragons are infamous for that.

That is just some general advice. Can't say anything specific without more information
Not sure what you're asking. From the sounds of things, the lizard is perfectly fine. No signs of bleeding or infection.

If that changes - then take it to the vet. Otherwise - nothing to stress about.
He was probably just born like that
