Not at all . Its how they cool themselfs. Was she under the heat lamp? Mine will sit under the heat lamp with their mouths hanging open all the time.
When they are cold they flatten out like pancakes to absorb more 'sunlight' and they turn a darker color.
If she wasnt under the lamp, check the temperature of her enclosure it may be too hot.
Perfectly normal. When they have their mouths open just randomly, they're trying to warm up. If you can, get a hotter bulb for basking, so she won't have to warm up she'll be a nice temperature.
