Can African Dwarf Frogs eat crickets?

I dont know, i just need points

I would say no they are to small to have them and mine when i had them lived about 5 years with this diet i would feed him freeze dried bloodworms and freeze dried shrimp and i would feed him the bloodworms twice a day at night and morning not very much though and the shrimp just a few once a week they are sort of a snack and i suppose you know everything else like housing,lighting,temp,filtration and if you don't ask another question and i will be happy to answer
