prepare a decent sized salad and leave it in there for the whole day, because at this age they eat mostly veggies. Don't feed them lettuce, any kind of lettuce. As for live food, you can just put some mealworms in his veggie bowl at let's say 10:30 in the morning. Then at about 3 to 4: 30 check to see if the worms are gone, and if they are, you can refill if you want. They only need to be fed live food once to three times a week when they're that old. Instead of mealworms you could also feed him crickets or silkworms.

I own 2 bearded dragons.

Crickets, locusts and greens such as rocket or watercress . About 8-10 bugs and a good serving of fresh greens daily, as they become adults they should have a diet mainly of greens as they can easily become overweight. Make sure you dust the bugs with calcium powder just before you feed them and feed the bugs up before you feed them so they are gut loaded and more nutritious.

Pay close attention to all details on the chart, included the colour coding. The bearded dragon should be fed twice a day, make sure you leave 1 hour between feeding and turning off the heat at night. The heat is vital to a beardies digestion, so you need to ensure the bearded dragon has enough time to digest the food before you turn off the heat source. Just feed as much as you know he'd be able to eat.

vegtibales, crickets, and worms.

18 spoonfuls of ovaltine mix a day

Go to the pet store and figure it out.
