Ok, so I live in Colorado and found this toad sitting in my window, so I caught it:). Can you help me with what type of toad he is? Or even if he IS a he?

He could be either an american toad or a cane toad. Its hard to tell the difference between the two of them. He looks more like an american toad to me. Hope you love your toad! I own 2 firebellied toads and i love them!
